Property Adverts
The Property advertised will be listed for a period of 90 days once the relevant fee has been paid. For student properties, the Property advertised will be until let or until the ‘Available Date’ as stated in the property details, whichever is the first to occur. Where there are Properties advertised as Short Let these will be listed for a period of 30 days once the relevant fee has been paid. Leading up to and after the expiration of the advertising, If you would like the Property advert to remain listed on the portal websites we would need to receive instruction by way of making the relevant payment again in order to extend the advertising time respective to the Property type. If payment is made before the expiry of the first advert, your advertising time will be extended from the end of the initial expiry ensuring maximum exposure on the portal websites

Downloaded Documents
Speedy Lettings hold no responsibility for any loss as a result of the use of any of the documents downloaded from the Speedy Lettings website. The Documents contained are for completion by the Landlord and Tenant and are to be used as a guide only. Speedy Lettings shall not be held responsible for anything contained within these documents and specifically the failure of a tenancy agreement. Speedy Lettings hold no responsibility for any disagreements, disputes, damages or expenses incurred due to a landlord/tenant dispute.
